Athens

Athens is a city in northeast Georgia. It's known for its antebellum architecture. It marks the start of the state's Antebellum Trail of historic Civil War towns. The T.R.R. Cobb House, the mansion of a mid-19th-century lawyer, has period furniture and exhibits related to Southern history.

Savannah

Savannah, a coastal Georgia city, is separated from South Carolina by the Savannah River. It’s known for manicured parks, horse-drawn carriages and antebellum architecture. Its historic district is filled with cobblestoned squares and parks such as Forsyth Park shaded by oak trees covered with Spanish moss.

White

White is a city in Bartow County, Georgia, United States. The population was 661 at the 2020 census. White is located along U.S. Highway 411, 3 miles north of Interstate 75.

Golden Isles

The Golden Isles lie along Georgia's Atlantic coast between Savannah and Jacksonville, Florida. The region comprises the city of Brunswick and the barrier islands of St. Simons Island, Sea Island, Little St. Simons Island and Jekyll Island. The Golden Isles are known for their marshes and beaches, including Driftwood Beach on Jekyll Island, famed for its large pieces of driftwood.

Tybee Island

Tybee Island is a barrier island and small city near Savannah, Georgia. It’s known for its wide, sandy beaches, including South Beach, with a pier and pavilion. In the island’s north, Fort Screven has 19th-century concrete gun batteries and the Tybee Island Light Station and Museum. The still-functioning 18th-century lighthouse has been rebuilt many times.
